How do I book an appointment at Lusso Hair Studio & Spa?
Booking is easy — simply click the Book Now button at the top of any page on our website, available 24/7. Prefer to call? Reach us at (336) 893-9975 during studio hours, and we’ll be happy to help.
We are an appointment-only establishment. All services, including hair, hair extensions, massage, nail services, facials, and other esthetician services, require an appointment.
How much do hair services cost at Lusso Hair Studio & Spa?
Our pricing starts at $40+ for men’s haircuts, $60+ for women’s haircuts, $80+ for all-over color, and $140+ for highlights. Balayage and specialty services are custom-priced. All pricing varies by stylist and service complexity — book a consultation for the most accurate quote.
Where is Lusso Hair Studio & Spa located and what are your hours?
We are located at 305 Thurston Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Our studio hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 10 AM–7 PM, Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM–4 PM. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled within this window will incur a 30% service fee. Requiring a notice allows us to offer that time to another client. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments.

What if I'm running late to my appointment?
Please call us as soon as you know you’re running behind. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however depending on how late you arrive we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time.
What happens to my appointment during inclement weather?
Your safety always comes first. If severe weather is expected we will reach out to reschedule your appointment at no penalty to you. We ask that you do the same — please don’t risk traveling in unsafe conditions. Follow us on Instagram @lussohairstudioandspa for any studio closure announcements.
Do you offer consultations before booking color or extension services?
Absolutely — and we strongly encourage it for color corrections, balayage, and extension services. A consultation allows your stylist to assess your hair, discuss your goals, and give you an accurate price estimate before you commit. Consultations for extensions are always complimentary.
